Service Policies

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at any time up to 3 hours prior to your scheduled session at no charge.

• More than 3 hrs before Reschedule at no charge using the link in your confirmation email. The next session should ideally take place within the same calendar month.
• Within 3 hrs Rescheduling requests made within 3 hours of your session time may not be accommodated and may be treated as a late cancellation.
• Multiple reschedules Multiple reschedules will result in a 10% inconvenience charge applied to your account before your next booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 24 hrs before Cancel at no charge. Full refund issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Within 24 hrs Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund only. The remaining 50% is retained to compensate Mo for preparation time.
• No-show Clients who do not attend their session and did not cancel in advance are not eligible for a refund.
• After session No refunds are issued once a session has been completed.

Lateness & No-Shows

• Up to 10 min late Mo will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. The session will begin when you arrive and end at the originally scheduled time.
• More than 10 min late If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show with no refund issued.
• No-show Clients who miss their session without cancelling are not eligible for a refund or reschedule at no charge.

Session Recordings

Sessions are recorded and delivered to the client within 48 hours of the completed session. By booking you consent to the session being recorded for your personal reference.

• Recordings are for personal use only
• You may not share, publish, distribute, or post recordings publicly without express written consent from Austral-Taur
• Recordings remain accessible for a minimum of 90 days after delivery
• Austral-Taur retains a copy of session recordings for quality assurance and records purposes

Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations — including personal circumstances, relationships, and birth data — is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Mo will not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., scheduling platforms) or as required by law.

Clients are equally expected to treat the content of their readings with discretion. Sharing Mo's proprietary interpretations or frameworks publicly without attribution is not permitted.
