1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Austral-Taur, owned and operated by Modupe Olufemi ("Mo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our offerings.
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use Austral-Taur's website, booking system, consultation services, and any related communications.
2. Services Provided
Austral-Taur offers traditional astrological consultation services including but not limited to:
- Love Roadmap Consultation — a 60-minute natal chart reading focused on romantic patterns, timing, and relational architecture
- Integration Follow-Up — a 45-minute follow-up session included with the Love Roadmap Consultation
- Couples Consultation Add-On — a 90-minute synastry and Davison chart reading for partnered clients
- Tarot Reading Add-On — a 15-card Golden Dawn tarot spread added to the initial consultation

3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of booking through our secure checkout. We accept PayPal and other payment methods as made available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review our full Service Policies page for complete details. In summary:
- You may cancel with no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are eligible for a 50% refund only
- You may reschedule up to 3 hours before your session at no charge
- Multiple reschedules or cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 10% inconvenience charge
- No refunds are issued after a session has been completed
5. SMS and Text Message Communications
SMS Program Name: Austral-Taur Client Communications
Message Types: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Austral-Taur including appointment confirmations, session reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up communications related to your consultation.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per booking cycle including confirmation, reminders, and follow-up.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Recording & Confidentiality
Sessions may be recorded for the client's personal use. Recordings are delivered to the client within 48 hours of the session and are for personal reference only. Clients may not share, publish, distribute, or reproduce session recordings publicly without express written consent from Austral-Taur. All information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Austral-Taur website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and session materials — is the property of Modupe Olufemi / Austral-Taur and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Austral-Taur uses the following third-party platforms to deliver services and manage client relationships:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, email, SMS, calendar booking, and funnel management
- PayPal — Payment processing
- Zoom — Video consultation delivery
- Cloudflare — Domain and website security
Each third-party service operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Austral-Taur is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Client data shared with these services is subject to their respective policies and is used solely for the purpose of delivering Austral-Taur's services.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austral-Taur and Modupe Olufemi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Astrology and tarot are interpretive arts used for reflective and entertainment purposes. 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
